Bug script asking for redundant apport-collect info

Matt Zimmerman-2
I think whatever script is posting these comments may be getting some false
positives, for example:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/904025/comments/2

This bug was filed with ubuntu-bug, and apport-collect didn't have anything
to add to what was already there (it just added a bunch of redundant copies
of stuff).

Matt,

Thanks for pointing this out, I'll look into it. The bot makes sure
that a dmesg and lspci are attached to the bug. However, this is a
virtual kernel and so the apport rules may be different.
