I think you know exactly why it happens. The way this list it is almost
inevitable that that error will happen - well to people who take digests
rather than separate messages as I do, I cannot speak for other modes.

I realised as soon as I hit the send button that I had forgotten to cut
and paste across the title, but of course, by then it was too late.

However, the posting had the full thread in it, so I guess it was
obvious if you looked, but since you asked (though it seems overkill to
me, here is the posting again - and I edited the title.
