Is there an official list of UK vendors of preinstalled kit?

Liam Proven
I'm considering selling laptops - and desktops, if there's demand -
preinstalled with vanilla Ubuntu through Simplicity Computers, in
addition to our machines preloaded with our very simplified
Internet-access software for seniors.

Is there an official list of sources of such things? Is there much
demand for it?

That reseller list seems somewhat shy of entries.  I looked at the US list and they dont even have System76 on there, and they are one of the more prominent suppliers of Ubuntu machines in america.
