ON Kubuntu 12.04 with updates ppa enabled. Kubuntu today wants to
upgrade over 300 packages and it all seems to KDE... anyone knows if 4.8.4 has been released or what? I am on KDE 4.8.3, in other words. Kindly, Sinclair -- kubuntu-users mailing list [hidden email] Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-users |

If it's not KDE 4.8.4, I probably got it earlier from "proposed"... not sure how it works, just sure I want everything NOW *g* Anja -- kubuntu-users mailing list [hidden email] Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-users |

Your question was answered, but I thought I'd add that the release date for 4.8.4 is supposed to be 2012/06/05.
The KDE team has tagged the source today, so bleeding distros such as chakra(arch) and gentoo are getting it. Bleeding/testing repos for Kubs should get it in a couple of days, and stable repos should get it a couple of days after release. http://techbase.kde.org/Schedules/KDE4/4.8_Release_Schedule |
