Oliver Grawert

James Call
I just want to send a little email and thank Oliver for all of his
time, patience, and work in putting together and helping out with
Edubuntu.  I know that there is a group of people working on this, but
when I look at stuff on the wiki and see the hundreds of emails, I
seem to notice Oliver's name alot. (Now I hope the rest of you won't
get offended and just let Oliver answer my questions!!!!!!)  It takes
a tone of time and work to make this work.

These email lists are one of the reasons I switched to Linux about 8
years ago.  I had a small ISP and I was as dumb as a sack of hammers.
I didn't know anything about anything.  We were using a winnt server,
and when ever I had a problem, it was all about shelling out some $$$
for a new app.  An acquaintance pointed me to linux and got me
subscribed to some isp-linux email list.  I can still remember one day
I had a collapse on my server, and I called the phone number at the
bottom of a email and the guy helped me out.  I asked him what I owed
him and he just told me to help someone else out.   Well, as fast as I
could, I got everything to linux.

A HUGE thank you to all who help and support this project. Especially Oliver.

Thanks, James
