[PATCH Focal] UBUNTU: [Config] azure: Enable Android and ASHMEM=m, ANDROID_BINDER_IPC=m

Tim Gardner-2

I'm not seeing my patches reflected on the kteam mailing list using 'git
send-email', so forgive me if this is a dupliucate.

We probably need figure out what causes this sorting issue for you. The emails
do arrive. Picking this one to NACK first because that uses an attachment method
which I cannot look at in the mailer. Which is just not scaleable.

With the other submissions: we generally try to get patches sent with cover
emails and grouped by bug report. And the subject would contain something like
"[SRU <target>]". Where <target> is constructed in way that is based on the
handle format. In this case I guess "[SRU G,F:linux-azure]". If this was for the
main kernel, then "[SRU F,G]" would be clear enough.
