[PATCH][SRU][Artful][Bionic][linux-oem] 0cf3:e010] QCA6174A XR failed to pair with bt 4.0 device

AceLan Kao
BugLink: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1741166

[Impact]
QCA6174A XR can scan but can't pair with bt 4.0 device.

[Fix]
[0cf3:e010] is one of the QCA ROME family and should be listed in btusb driver.

[Test Case]
Applied the patch and can pair with bt 4.0 keyboard without any issue.

[Regression Potential]
Adding the device to the list won't have any regression potential.

Trivial change already applied by the maintainer to bluetooth-next tree.

Applied to bionic/master-next and unstable/master, as "UBUNTU: SAUCE:
Bluetooth: btusb: Add support for 0cf3:e010" since the patch doesn't
appear to be applied to any upstream trees yet. Thanks!

Hi Acelan,

What's the provenance of this patch? If we don't have a upstream sha1 it
should be tagged as a SAUCE patch.

Thanks,
Kleber

Re: [PATCH] Bluetooth: btusb: Add support for 0cf3:e010

AceLan Kao
Hi Kleber,

At that time, it's just in bluetooth-next tree, and now we can find it
in linus' tree
e5a49ee Bluetooth: btusb: Add support for 0cf3:e010

Should I re-submit it agian? for Bionic?
