Rubemlrm gives the highlights from the April 6 Ubucon Portugal 2019 event. The large event's sponsors included the Ubuntu Community of Portugal, ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon, ISTAR-IUL - Information Sciences and Technologies and Architecture Research Center and the ISCTE-IUL ACM Student Chapter; publicizing the software and Open Source community.
Michał Sawicz (saviq) provides some updates on bugfixes and features, as well, what the team members are currently working on. The documentation library is a work in progress and additional topics are solicited. Finally is a notification of how to install and to give feedback for the Multipass experience.

Lydia Pintsche summarizes the state of KDE support structure from the goals established in the 2017 round of discussions. Those initiatives are "well underway". Now is the call to set new goals; a time-line is provided and the means to add input is given. Lydia's blog is interactive and contains discussions from several contributors.
=== Plasma 5.16 for Disco 19.04 available in Backports PPA ===
The Kubuntu team announces Plasma 5.16 is available for 19.04 users using the backports PPA. Instructions for how to add the backports PPA are included, as are links to the Plasma 5.16 release announcement.
Jonathan Riddell updates us on a KDE.org change. The change of site also includes the additions of Visions, Missions, and Goals topics; as defined in a 2010 keynote address by Aaron Seigo. With the request for help is a hope that the Promo team will take up maintenance of the web site.
