καμιά φορά δεν δουλεύει το auto-mount.

Καμια φορά τυχαίνει να συνδέω το "φλασάκι" μου, και να μην το κάνει mount αυτόματα.
Έχει συνέβει και σε σάς? Ξέρει κανείς γιατί γίνεται αυτο?
Όταν συμβεί μπορώ (σαν root) να κάνω manually mount τη συσκευή, αλλά αυτό εκτός του ότι είναι σπαστικό έχει προβλήματα με τα permissions κλπ.
Προσπάθησα λίγο να το ψάξω, αλλά χωρίς να βγάλω άκρη. Τελικά με reboot το auto-mount επανήλθε.
Γνωρίζει κανείς κανένα τρόπο να μη συμβαίνει αυτό? Ή εστω πως να το επαναφέρουμε χωρίς να γίνεται restart το PC?

Το ίδιο ακριβώς συμπεριφέρεται και το δικό μου φλασάκι. Αυτά στην 7.04 στην 6.10 όλα ήταν νορμάλ.

δώστε την εντολή dmesg[1] αμέσως μετά απο μία αποτυχημένη και απο μία επιτυχημένη προσπάθεια automount για να δούμε τις διαφορές


[1] απο κονσόλα τερματικού. Θα παρουσιάσει τα πρόσφατα μηνύματα του kernel

μόλις έχεις και μια αποτυχία ξαναδώσε dmesg (ή dmesg | tail -n 30 για να
δεις τις τελευταίες 30 γραμμές) για να δούμε που "στραβώνει"

Εγω εχω το ιδιο προβλημα απο σημερα το πρωι με τον εξωτερικο μου

ΚΙΝΗΣΗ
εκτός απο το flash disk ανακάλυψα οτι δεν κάνει auto mount και στα δύο cd/dvd-rw που έχω επάνω (σημειωτέον ότι το ίδιο σύστημα χωρίς πρόβλημα δούλευε και με 6.10 και τη προηγούμενη ακόμα

Εγω εχω το ιδιο προβλημα απο σημερα το πρωι με τον εξωτερικο μου
δισκο !!  (packard bell 250GB external)

χμμ.. όλα τα παραπάνω είναι ΟΚ - ο δίσκος είναι όπως αναφέρει προσαρτημένος ως /dev/sda αλλά δεν κάνει mount το/τα partitions (π.χ. /dev/sda1)

μάλλον κάτι "έσπασε" στο 7.04
Ψάξτε λίγο στα forums ή κάντε ένα googling για
     automount ubuntu usb
και 99% η πρώτη σελίδα κάτι θα έχει
δοκιμάστε και την πρώτη σελίδα του:
     automount usb Feisty "not working"
ή στο launchpad


μην τρέχεις πάντα σαν root - δεν υπάρχει κανένας απολύτως λόγος για να το κάνεις και μερικοί πολύ καλοί για να μην το κάνεις
